  Evans office changed our appt at last minute after taking off work. Told us to come in 2 days later at 4:15. Drove almost an hour to get there and he didn't come into work. Was moving furniture his receptionist said. No one called the second time he canceled to tell us. Two days wasted. What an arrogant ass. He doesn't care at all for his patients!
